GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CHEMOCELL LRCx CLASS I BIOSAFETY CABINETS
It is CLASS I type research booth/cabin.
A ventilated cabin provides only personal and environmental protection
The air flow is directed to opposite of the researcher. There
is no product protection.
Its area of use is the protection against biochemical waves.
HEPA and CARBON are using different regarding filter usage area.
The system works in 3 steps. One of the moods of operation is
the economy mood (1/2). Also, there are three different working
modes..
The total flowing volume, which is 400- 2040 m³/hour, is adjusted
in 3 steps. The laminar flow is min 0.25 m/s -max 0.6 m/s.
Chemocell LRCX-UV equipment has the micro processor control and
touch key digital control panel.
Chemocell lrcx-uv equipment has TSEK, also all electro mechanic
parts has ISO, TSE standards and suitable regarding DIN norms.
The front windows have the feature of vertical. The equipment
eases the processes of service and loading. It is also ergonomic.
Hermetic egsos system, depend on class type, this air is sent
out through the spiral pipes connected to the hermetic chimney
changing according to the class type.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PROGRAMME :

In -the electronic control panel, there is digital hepa stoppage
indicator, inner-outer heath, air, flowing volume, uv, air flowing
speed, flowing volume adjuster, eko mood, alert indicating the
type of breakdown, 2 digital counters one of which shows the total
processing time of the equipment and the other one shows the working
process at that time, a time counter showing the uv and hepa processing
time, fan with 1-2-3 operating levels, UV, eco switch (touch keys),
front window warning, blower flow fixing.
Chemocell LRCX-UV equipment has the micro processor control and
touch key digital control panel.
- The program used in the equipment is written according to the
control and safety system. The control screen is LCD and it can
show all the parameters. There is also voiced and illuminated
warning system

Chemocell Lrcx-uv equipment has TSEK, also all electro mechanic

There is control unit against contraband electric current.

Instrument is with conveyor table (stand) foot. The height of
the working bench can be adjusted between 75 and 90 cm (adjustable),
