FUNCTION FEATURES

with HEPA specification which can catch bigger than 0,12 micron
particles with %99,9999 success rate. The third filter is being
used for exhaust. System comes with 3 speed level includes economical
mode. Device microprocessor constantly checks the airflow speed
and regulates when it is needed in the enviroment. Device has
two pair of leakproof gloves and its hanger. Front glass is made
of 10 mm tickness, breakproof, sturdy LEXAN material. Device has
conduction module, module has external and internal leakproof
lid lock, 40 cm diameter 50 cm length, works under sterile vacuum
power to carry materials inside the cabin. Device inside has negative

TECHNICAL FEATURES
CHEMOCELL CLASSIII/ vacuum cabin device has closed circuit
gas circulation. Device consistently revolves gases in cabin usage
of diffusion pump and zeloids and it ejects H 2O and O2 because
of their concentration breakage.
CHEMOCELL CLASSIII has minuscule preparation cabin(150mm calibre,300mm
length) and large cylindrical preparation cabin(400mm calibre,650mm
length). CHEMOCELL CLASSIII/ vacuum cabin device has solenoit
type electro- pneumatic magnetic valves . Large preparation cabin
has bearer coaster with rays. Preperation cabin made by AISI 304
as well as device. Preperation cabins has double pneumatic doors

implemented electronically by Microcontroller. CHEMOCELL LRCx-UV
has Homogeneous illumination, indirect non-reflect fluorescent
emits 1000 Lux/m² comfortable light. It Works manually or automatically.
It has also UV 254 nm, 30W sterilization system. System can work
220V± %10, %0 Hz. Power not Exceed 450 Watt
PHYSICAL FEATURES:
Cabin inside working area width 125 cm, debth 65 cm, Height 75
cm. Biosecurity cabin working sound flux (Noise DIN12950) lower
than 50 dB. Sound and leakage isolation supported by antistatic
isopolymer equipment.
System comes with carrier stand. Cabin inside covered by stainless
steel (AISI 316L), exterior side is depend on user request, it
can be covered stainless steel or DKP, painted dull static galvanized
epoxy polyster paint that durable against chemical elements. Cabin
interior work area tray is stainless steel and portable
