FUNCTION FEATURES
This equipment is composed of a ventilation system with laminar
flow forming negative and positive pressures, exhaust, dd 7/7
silent nikotra radial fan, EUM pre-filtration absorbing chemicals,
HEPA/ULPA filtration system.
UV 254 nm, 30W supporting Air Sterilization System, Electricity,
Electronic and Illumination system, all of which are working harmoniously.
The HEPA/ULPA filter in instrument, EU14 (DIN24184, DIN24183-1
, EN 1822 BS 3928) has the quality of monolithic ULPA/HEPA has
the absorption capacity of %99.999 for particles bigger than 0,12
/ 0,30 microns. Second filter is using for exhaust.
The system works in 3 steps. One of the moods of operation is
the economy mood (1/2). Also, there are three different working
modes. The equipment adjusts the air flow speed continuously by
means of electronic processor control and keeps the medium flow
fixed.
The total flowing volume, which is 400- 2040 m³/hour, is adjusted
in 4 steps. The laminar flow is min 0.25 m/s -max 0.6 m/s. The
negative turbulence pressure is -30 mm/Hg, the station positive
pressure is 60mm/Hg.
The front windows have the feature of vertical. The equipment
eases the processes of service and loading. It is also ergonomic.
The clean air taken in from the front window at the ratio interval
of %10-40 or at the fixed ratio of %30 is filtered first in the
pre-eum filter before passing to the HEPAs. The exhausted clean
air is sent away from the equipment.
These HEPAs and PREEUM filters are disposable and can be changed
without becoming contaminated.
The inner part of the equipment is covered with stainless steel
(AISI 316L), outer part is covered either with stainless steel
(304) or galvanized Epoxy polyester electro static, mat and powder
paint produced from DKP sheet iron resistant to chemicals and
ethological agents. The inner working bench is made of stainless
steel and it is removable. (It can be mono block or 1 or 4 pieces)
The working benches can be smooth or perforated.
The illumination of the Chemocell Lrcx-uv equipment is homogenous,
and the fluorescent lamp giving off 1000-2000 lux/m2 light directly
without reflection, and it is easy to use. It can be operated
manually or automatically.
The vibration is smaller than 0,005 mm rms. The wings of fan
pal are balanced.
The sound flowing volume of Chemocell Lrcx-uv is smaller than
50 db (the noise DIN is 12950). It has the noise isolation and
isolation against permeating with antistatic iso-polymer materials.
The clean air passed through HEPAs is given in small amounts
between the user and the equipment through the front part of the
Chemocell Lrcx-uv, thus forming an air safety barrier (the outer
space is the negative pressure area.).
The front window and side wall windows are produced from temperature
resistant chemical Lexan polycarbonate glass and they are unbreakable.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PROGRAMME :

In -the electronic control panel, there is digital hepa stoppage
indicator, inner-outer heath, air, flowing volume, uv, air flowing
speed, flowing volume adjuster, eko mood, alert indicating the
type of breakdown, 2 digital counters one of which shows the total
processing time of the equipment and the other one shows the working
process at that time, a time counter showing the uv and hepa processing
time, fan with 1-2-3 operating levels, UV, eco switch (touch keys),
front window warning, blower flow fixing.
Chemocell LRCX-UV equipment has the micro processor control and
touch key digital control panel.
- The program used in the equipment is written according to the
control and safety system. The control screen is LCD and it can
show all the parameters. There is also voiced and illuminated
warning system
