GENERAL DEFINITION

USING FIELDS

CHEMOCELL CLASSIII/ vacuum room inside has noble gas. (Argon, azot or helium etc provides Atmosphere) - System inside volume 0,756 m3 -System controlled by PLC. Vacuum, diffusion, pressure, heat, O2, H2O , continiuous atmosphere control percieved by 0.001% sensitive sensor and processed by PLC CHEMOCELL CLASSIII / vacuum cabin device has central operation panel. Central Operation panel has 256 colour and graphically on touch screen. Panel works with PLC and operation information data can be printed. It has foot pedal parallel to operation panel for adjustment of cabin presure. Operator can use and control vacuum and gas informations data.   Working voltage 220 V ±%10 , Working frequency 50-60 Hz, consuming 1,76 kw/h energy. Equipment vacuum unit controlled automatically by PLC. Interior illumination of Glove box is fluorescent and bigger than 20 Watt. CHEMOCELL CLASSIII / vacuum room has homogeneous illumination 1000 lux/m² and indirect , non-reflected illumination supplies comfortable working environment

FUNCTION FEATURES

CHEMOCELL CLASSIII/ vacuum cabin device has closed circuit gas circulation. Device consistently revolves gases in cabin by diffusion pump and zeloids and it ejects H2O and O2 because of their concentration breakage.

TECHNICAL FEATURES& PHYSICAL FEATURES:

Device interior creates H2O < 1vpm veo2 < 1 vpm purity

CHEMOCELL CLASSIII/vacuum chamber has re-generation(gas purify). It refines and purifies atmosphere with noble gas .

Device made by stainless steel din 1.4301din (us type 304).AISI can react as a magnet in magnetic experiments.

If magnetic reaction not desired,we recommend AISI316 as a producer

Glove box vacuum can be control by foot pedal.

Device vacuum leakage lower than 10-5mbar/second .

Device gaskets has spesific design and leakproof. Connection joints functions by laser and cnc punchs and it provides outstanding leakproof space. Device vacuum renewing unite can control by PLC and automatically.

Front window equipment (durable shock. Heat and heat change) is Lexan (polycarbonlexan) Thickness is 8 mm

Glove box hand cavity diameter 170-250 mm by means of comfortable using. There are two cavity hole that connected with glove extended to shoulder
Glove box inside lighting consist of Fluorescent and bigger than 20 Watt. CHEMOCELL LRCx-UV has Homogeneous illumination, indirect non-reflect fluorescent emits 1000 Lux/m² comfortable light

System vacuum pump water free it has oil control and filter system that filtered dirties

Optionally if there is radioisotope experiment front face can be chanced securityisotop glas instead of lexan.It recommends to use multiple mitt holes to convention usage for different height employees. Optional rotating tray shelf unite to place samples
