HRF3000 plasma sterilization system provides more economical sterilization of sensitive medical devices.

Plasma sterilization created a new era in sterilization infrastructure on sensitive medical devices in recent past. With short sterilization time and low temperature and low costs hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization prolongs the physical life of the sensitive medical devices. When a comparison is made with ETO which has a process of 12 hours, with 1 - 1.5 hour sterilization period , plasma sterilization device reduces the device stock costs. Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilization needs less persons for usage and less operating costs.

Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilization is completely secure and environment friendly. During and after the sterilization process only water vapour comes out, there isn't any toxic residue. Consumables are not explosive,inflammable and toxic. This features comes forward when compared with high security costs, installation and training costs.

HRF 3000 is very easy to use such as washing machine. After plugging he device it is ready to operate with user friendly menu.

The moist materials can be also sterilized with HRF technology.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

Device has microcomputer technology and sterilises with300- 500m torr,
HRF HV + RF13,56 MHz H202 injection technique.
System has 5 phase; vacuum, injection, diffusion, plasma and aeration, with continuous UPS support it can work 1 hours without electricity.
System has 2-100 memory programme and surface also has (calibration set up ) setting.
H202 HRF Plasma device has microcomputer & PLC can detect lower valuation and cancels the operation ,it prints errors, problems and solutions .
Device also has electrically security mechanism , it prevents door to open ,user can stop it anytime.H202 H RF Plasma device has special oring gasket it prevents door leakage.
Liquid Hydrogen peroxide solution place in storage tank and it convert to gas by vacuum power in H202 reservoir inside H202  HRF Plasma device.
H202(Hydrogen Peroxide) is not toxic. This system has not toxic waste. It always converts to Oxygen (O) or Water (H2O).
PLASMA and H202 molecule; It's been referred as; gas molecules stimulated by external energy and formed unobstructed radicals; electrons and gas molecules unisons and this described as forth substance stage (stages; solid, liquid, gas).

TECHNICAL FEATURES
Device has air pressure provided by pneumatic system, one air compressor, one air modular storage tank and one pneumatic panel, it produce own air. Device has 1 dry vacuum motor and vacuum tank and HEPA filter that cleans the external air.
System has HRF Generator that 600 watt and nominal 540 watt power it produces . It also has special program that can sterilises flexible scopes
System has HRF Sensor inside the sterilization cabin, HRF sensor works when HRF Generator alerts, also pressure sensor can electronically control vacuum pressure inside the sterilization cabin. During sterilization, any problem can be seen on the front panel as graphically and written, device has sound and light alarm and specifies cause of alarm.
User can choose English Language on the device screen. Device also has microcomputer, microcomputer manages sterilization operation, vacuum, injection, diffusion, plasm and aeration, controls pressure, heat .etc and makes adjustments and stops problems
System has 5.7" on touch operator panel, user can operate device on the panel and can put on date, time, and total number of rotation. Sterilization progress can be monitor with printer on device.
Rotation progress and rotation time can be follow graphically on touch screen at front panel. Panel also alerts end of the cyclic maintenance period .Device printer reports sterilization rotation stages and sterilization parameter informations. Sterılızatıon is being controlled and monitor by chemical and biological indicators
Liquid Hydrogen peroxide solution place in bunker and it convert to gas by vacuum power in 5-28 cc H202 reservoir inside HRF 3000 HRF PLASMA device.
