XRETON-P is a PATHOGEN IONIZER DEVICE (system).
The device destroys pathogens, viruses and bacteria in
the ambient air by generating negative ion and ozone (O3).
It kills viruses, fungi, mould and spores in the air pollen;
ethylene agans provides a sterilized atmosphere by cleaning
the air particles.
How is the Pathogen Ionizer Operated?
Negative ions generated by Xreton-P UVION are energized
ions with extra electrons. Normal atoms or molecules turn
into negative ions when they gain extra electrons. Negative
ions so formed are composed of oxygen O2) atoms.
Negative ions are odourless oxygen atoms with extra electrons.
Ozone is a molecule with 3 oxygen atoms. Ozone (O3) may
have a door if its concentration is high.
The same process constantly occurs in the nature. Ions
in the nature are formed as a result of sunlight, radiation
and atmospheric movements.
Negative ion molecules, which have extra electrons, have
positive effects on the surrounding environment. They neutralize
door and thus contribute to fresh air.
The total number of negative and positive ions remains
constant in the surrounding atmosphere. The higher the number
of negative ions in the surrounding
atmosphere is, the less air pollution or particles will
be in the air.
Negative ions reduce the number of particles (dust and
pollen) in the air. They are, however, not effective as
ozone in terms of their ability to eliminate door. Ozone
at a safe level will not reduce the number of particles
floating in the air but eliminate door. Recent R&D efforts
have confirmed biological effectiveness of negative ions
on upper airway infections and asthma.
A mechanism comprising a source of short wave beam and
HV, which must be manufactured by using advanced technology,
is needed in order to create negative ions. Oxygen (O2)
atoms acquire electrons under conditions created by that
mechanism and thus transform into negative ions.
Ozone (O3) is a short-lived, instable and very active gas
and it turns into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapour
when it comes into contact with door or other gases.
Ozone (O3) gas can be divided into atoms by exciting it
using a mechanism containing a source of short-wave light
with high energy and high voltage electricity set accurately.
A separated oxygen atom will combine with a nearby oxygen
(O) atom to create an ozone (O3) molecule.
Uvion has a system based on advanced technology, which
contains borosilicate glass tubes coated with titanium dioxide
(TIO2), silver iodide (Agl), copper sulphate (CuS) and HV
and ozone gas to eliminate door, and pollution in the surrounding
environment and to destroy bacteria, viruses, fungi and
moulds, pollen and ethylene agans

be used in all areas requiring sterilization and hygiene.
It has been specially designed for hospital units (surgery
rooms , intensive care units, laboratories, private clinics,
etc.) crowded places where there is risk of contamination
(military dormitories, classrooms, banks, offices, airports,
shopping centres,
places of entertainment, public offices, etc.), hygienic
plants (warehouses for storage of food products obtained
from animals, foodstuff, vegetables, and fruits and production
and sale units, etc.), and all kind of places, which must
be free of harmful substances, particles, gases and microorganisms.

Functions
The device comprises a complete sterilization and negative ion
generator, which is capable of functioning as a standalone system.
One of them main characteristics of the system is that it provides
a hygienic environment by sucking pathogens and harmful gases
in the air and creating a photo-catalytic reaction in its reactor.
In addition, it charges particles in the air with negative ions
in order to ensure that those particles are captured by metal
electrostatic filters.
Xreton-P UVION sucks ambient air by using its air suction systems
provides laminar air circulation through its blow diffusers.
The device provides a hygiene environment by destroying bacteria,
viruses, fungi, mould, spores pollen and ethylene agans by using
a mixture of ultraviolet (UV) light and bio-active hydroxide radicals.
It insures destruction of ethylene gases (C2H4), which have a
decomposing effect, in the air. UV 254 nm light emitted by the
device kills microorganisms. In addition, the second light source
with a capacity 400-700nm acts as an additional catalyst ionizing
unwanted radicals and increasing the catalytic effect
Physical Properties
The device needs minimum space due to its efficient and unique
design. It can be mounted on walls or ceiling and operated without
requiring a large area or special conditions. It ensures sterilization
in places with a floor area of 25 to 35 square meters thanks to
its 390 m3/h air circulation speed.
The chassis of Uvion is made of stainless steel 304 and it is
not oxidized due to negative ions. The device contains an ion
generator consisting of borosilicate tube coated with titanium
dioxide (TIO2), silver iodide (Agl) and copper sulphate (CuS).
This mechanism divides ethylene-based gases and particles in system
to -OH (hydroxide root) and thus decomposes gases, destroys microorganisms
by using its catalytic inverter while eliminating particles through
negative ions and creating photo-catalytic reaction in order to
neutralize pathogens and gases carried by air. A fresh air duct
connecting XRETON-P UVION to a hermetic stack can be installed.
If this system (optional) is used in closed and insulated areas,
the device cleans air by providing 10Pa positive pressure.
